Percy Leonard Mitton, 832573 was from Berryton, Albert County, New Brunswick and was born June 5, 1895. He was the son of George and Lizzie Mitton, of Berryton, Albert Co., New Brunswick. He enlisted with the 145 Battalion on April 17, 1916. He was listed as Killed in Action at while fighting with the 2nd Tunneling Coy, 2nd Canadian Engineers on September 4, 1917. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the MENIN GATE (YPRES) MEMORIAL , Belgium.
